Hamnett launches new menswear Autumn Winter range
04 Jul 2005
Hamnett, the diffusion jeans brand created by iconic British designer Katharine Hamnett and licensed to fashion house The Juice Corporation, has launched its new menswear Autumn Winter range.
Modelled by athlete and celebrity Iwan Thomas, the collection is inspired by the theme 'The Great Outdoors', 'Gentleman's Country Pleasures' and 'English Heritage.'
It features canvas washed jackets, compact denim, plaid tailoring, heavy enzyme washed t-shirts, and themed graphics and appliques.
Highlights of the range are T-shirts with heavy, concentrated custom artworks, opulent woolens with intricate embellishments, eroded and reconstructed denim, deconstructed tailored sweats, and refined sharp jerseys.
The range is in-store in Debenhams and River Island nationwide, from September. Pieces range from 20-80 pounds.
Commenting on the new products, MD Kashif Ahmed said: "The core ethos of all Hamnett collections is 'recycled and handcrafted luxury'. This new range reflects that, with pieces that are fatigued and shattered, but still fresh and reconstructed. Another great launch from the Juice Corporation."
